Merlin’s Bazaar is an e-commerce experience designed to showcase a wide range of unique, character-driven products within a cohesive and immersive digital environment. The project focused on transforming an existing website into a fully reimagined platform that aligns with the brand’s visual identity while improving usability and overall performance.
The redesign aimed to create a more engaging shopping journey by refining the information architecture, enhancing product discoverability, and ensuring a consistent visual language across all touchpoints. PROJECT CHALLENGE
The main challenge was to redesign an existing platform without losing the essence of the brand, while addressing key usability and structural issues. The original website lacked visual consistency, clear hierarchy, and an intuitive navigation system, which made product exploration and purchasing less efficient.
Additionally, the experience needed to better reflect Merlin’s Bazaar’s unique personality while supporting a growing catalog of products. Balancing a strong, character-driven aesthetic with functional e-commerce standards required a thoughtful approach to both design and information architecture.
